The first 13 eps tried to be like Dragon Ball, while the rest is basically a poor rehash of DBZ. Like, even the animation quality was really poor throughout the entire thing, like it had 5% of DBZ's budget. Like Takao said, it's not 100% straight bad, it has some good ideas, but it's easily the weakest link in the franchise by a good margin.
